When the fire fell

This message is from 1kings 18 and it's about the confrontation between religion of man and reality of God.
We see in this passage of scripture that Israel had a wicked King named Ahab, and a wicked wife named Jezebel who was in fact a witch.
Jezebel had a mission, and her mission was to cut off every true prophetic voice in the land, so that the only voice heard would be that of her own false prophets.
The greatest threat of Jezebel was that she was very sneaky, she didn't deny God, or deny the people the right to go to church or even sacrifice at the altar of God, she simply added the altar of Baal and introduce Israel to Idolatry.
She mixed the lie with the truth, and it produced in the people of Israel a confusion, they were'nt all for God, neither were they all for Baal.
This is fine for the devil, because he will accept anything you give him.
On the other hand, God commands us in his word to have no other Gods before him, and he tells us that he is jealous.
In other words ( God will not just accept a slot in your life, a long side of every other religion and idol).
This same spirit is running amuck in the land today, we are being told that is alright to serve God as long as we are sympathetic to the fact that there are other Gods as well, and all ways lead to heaven.
This spirit of mixture has paralyzed Gods people, and let me take it a step further, it has emasculated Gods people, It has made spiritual eunichs out of the people of God.
which means we are incapable of reproducing the character and nature and power of God.
It's in some ways a spiritual homosexuality, which is incapable of reproducing.
But when the fire of God fell upon that mountain it destroyed the confusion, it broke the spell, it clarified the truth from the lie, and the people of God ran from Baals altar and the false prophets of Baal and they fell on their faces before the God of Heaven and they said the Lord he is God, The Lord he is God.
Elijah immediately said: Now destroy these false prophets, and they killed everyone of them.
Once again, America must have a visitation from God, we must have fire from heaven that will destroy the spell that has been cast upon Gods people, that will open their eyes, that will destroy the mixture and the delusion that has seduced us into spiritual impotency.
We must run passionately after God, and we must hate every imposter, every false God and religion that leads men away from the cross, and repentance.
There is only one God, and there is only one way to God and that is through his son Jesus Christ, and through confession of our sins and accepting Jesus Christ as the one and only Sacrifice.
We must pray for the fire of God to hit America, the only thing that can turn us back to God is the Fire of God.
When the fire fell, everything changed.
